IR
These terms explain the basic rules for using IR. They apply when you create an account, list a vehicle, request a booking, send a message, upload content, or contact support.
IR has no tolerance for objectionable content or abusive users. Do not harass, threaten, discriminate, impersonate someone, post sexual or violent content, spam, defraud, or use IR to pressure another person outside the platform.
Listings, photos, messages, reviews, reports, support tickets, and profile information may be user-generated content. IR may remove content, restrict features, suspend accounts, or preserve evidence when content or behavior violates these terms or creates a safety risk.
Use the in-app or website safety tools to report a listing, message, review, booking, or person. You can also block another user to stop new booking interactions and messages. Existing bookings, refunds, and support cases remain available for review.
Use accurate account information and keep your credentials private. Owners may be asked to verify identity, phone, license, vehicle registration, insurance, media, payout setup, and legal authorization before a vehicle can be published.
A booking is confirmed only when the platform records the required payment and booking status. Owners and renters must follow the booking details, pickup rules, return rules, cancellation flow, and safety instructions shown in IR.
Owners are responsible for accurate vehicle details, availability, condition disclosures, documents, photos, and pickup instructions. Vehicles must be safe, roadworthy, legally usable, and eligible under the rules shown during onboarding.
IR may review activity, request more information, pause a listing, cancel unsafe or suspicious activity, restrict communication, or suspend an account when needed to protect users, comply with obligations, or operate the marketplace.
IR identifies these terms by version. If a material update requires renewed acceptance, the website or app will ask you to review and accept the current version before continuing.
